Sub floors are the foundation of your new floor, so these have to be inspected and where necessary made good.
When starting off, the floor space should be measured, and the new floor laid equidistant within the room where possible.
There should be no beading fixed to skirting. At BESPOKE FLOORING we take our time either to remove all skirting where possible or cut the bottom of the skirting in-situ.
Your new floor should flow throughout from one room to the other, and should not have any unsightly breaks.
Where other building trades are involved on site you should always protect your floor from damage, as the cost of repair to the floor when the installation is finished can be very high.
The above points are just a few of the things that are included in our estimate.
